The subject parcel consists of an existing home and several accessory
structures. Remaining areas consist of lawn and unkept brush areas.
The applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures and proposes to ANR the property into two lots where Lot 1
will consist of two (2) proposed three-family homes and Lot 2 will consist of one (1) proposed two-family home
