Good afternoon Kim,
My name is Jacqueline McCreanor and we just spoke on the phone a few minutes ago.
As we just discussed, I had hired EWS Plumbing & Heating to work in my second floor bathroom here at my home at 124
North Street, Northampton, MA 01060, last year in 2021.
Larry inspected the rough-in work performed by EWS on October 13, 2021.
Since then, I have hired Mike Parker of SharpLine Construction to complete our second floor walk-in shower remodel.
EWS has been waiting for me to find a bath remodel contractor, and now I have hired one (SharpLine Construction).
However, EWS is booking out at about 10 weeks, whereas SharpLine Construction may be ready to begin working on my
project in 2-3 weeks.
Mike's availability(as well as his plumber's availability) is much sooner than EWS' availability for resuming the work in
our upstairs bathroom in February 2022,which has been at a standstill since mid-October 2021.
Therefore, I would like to close out the plumbing permit with EWS and remove them from the project, so that Mike and
his plumber can open a new permit and begin working at our house sometime in February 2022.
I have spoken with Lisa at EWS today, and she and Brant Stahelski should also be getting in touch with you,to confirm
that EWS is no longer working on my project.
Please let me know if you need anything more from me, in addition to this written statement,to close out the plumbing
permit with EWS.
