Good afternoon,
On August 06, 2020, I sent a letter to you questioning the occupancy of the space attached to the garage located at the
rear of the property at 32 Maple Street, Florence. At that time there was a couple living (dwelling overnight) in the
structure. They appeared to start moving out on August 24th, 2020,land they were out in a few days. It was vacated.
On September 03, 2020, a couple started to move in. They have been residing there overnight for a few nights. I am able
to observe this as the driveway is adjacent to my kitchen.
Have they been granted a certificate of occupancy? Please let me know, as if they have, I'd like to know as an abutting
neighbor,why I have not been notified.
I respectfully request that this situation is checked on. Thank you for your assistance.
