To Whom It May Concern:
In March of 2013 the house located at 400 South Street suffered a burst
water pipe in the basement. This caused the basement to flood all the way to the
first floor. The house has been vacant since. Due to the water damage, the
wiring in the house is unsafe, and the whole house must be re-wired. Please feel
