Eder Flag warrants that its Fiberglass Flagpoles Will be free
from defects in materials or workmanship, discovered under normal
use after proper installation and within one (1) year from the date
of shipment.
Eder Flag further warrants that for ton (10) yoa.r:s after proper in-
stallation and care, all Commercial flagpole shafts will withstand
wind gusts up to 120 m.p. h. , unflagged, and all Residential flagpole
shafts will withstand wind gusts up to 85 m.p.h. ,; unflagged.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALI! OTHER
WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. •

goods do not conform in accordance with the above warranty, shall
be limited to replacement or repair of the item or parts claimed
to be defective. All goods claimed to be non-conforming, must be
shipped to the Seller's Oak Creek, Wisconsin plant. Such goods
will be returned repaired, or replaced within a reasonable time
and this shall constitute a complete discharge of the Seller of
any and all liabilities or damages for such goods.
Eder Flag shall not be responsible for any removal, installation,
shipping costs, or any incidental or consequential damages .
Eder Flag 's acceptance of any goods so shipped, shall not be
deemed an admission the goods are non-conforming If Eder Flag
finds that any goods returned are not defective, such goods
will be reshipped, Freight Collect, to the Buyer.
In the event that any of the goods are found to be non-conforming,
in addition to waiving its rights to consequential or incidental
damages, the Buyer expressly waives all rights to any and all
damages, whatsoever.
