Hi Jonathan,
Regarding the zoning permit application for 60 Federal Street, it has come to our attention that within proposed
remodeling work for the project, the building foundation and first floor walls are to remain, but the roof will be removed. It
is our understanding that this may change whether the project requires review by the Historic Commission. Would you
prefer we resubmit the zoning permit application to clarify this, or will this suffice as clarification? Please let us know the
best route to take to make this amendment to the zoning permit application.
