Dear Mr. Murphy:
We have received a formal complaint that you brought in fill on your property
located at 153 Florence Rd. , Florence, Mass.
A Zoning Permit is required by the Northampton Zoning Ordinance, Section 11 .3,
Page 11-5, for up to 499 cubic yards of clean fill . If 500 cubic yards or more is
brought in to your property then a Special Permit is required by Section 11 .3.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this letter and furnish this office
with a certified statement from the trucker delivering the fill as the the amount
they have delivered.
