Per your 11/24/2021 request, I did a records search on 57 Warner St. for a non-copyrighted
plot plan to locate the corner pins. Unfortunately, the plot plans on file are
copyrighted. The boundaries & pin locations may be available through the Hampshire County
Hall of Records, or you can try contacting the surveyor directly - what is listed is Smith
Associates Surveyors, Inc., 46B Baldwin St., East Longmeadow, MA 01028 (413) 525-8801.
