RE: THE APPLICATION OF KEVIN F. COFFEY AND SUZANNE COFFEY FOR A
SPECIAL PERMIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11.3 OF THE NORTH—
AMPTON ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING 2,500 CUBIC
YARDS OF FILL TO BE BROUGHT TO THEIR PROPERTY AT 167 BAKER HILL RD.
In a letter to the Zoning Board of Appeals dated January 10, 1989
the Applicants asked the Board's permission to withdraw their
application for a Special Permit without prejudice.
At the continuation of the Public Hearing on their Application
on January 18, 1989, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously to
grant their request to withdraw without prejudice.
