Fees
A RAO shall assess no fee for the first two hours of time spent searching for,
compiling, segregating, redacting and reproducing a requested record. A fee shall
not be assessed unless such segregation or redaction is required by law or
approved by the Supervisor under 950 CMR 32.06(4)(g) and (h). The charge for
black and white paper copies or printouts of records of any size susceptible to
ordinary means of production shall not exceed$.05 per page, for both single and
doubled-sided black and white copies or printouts. If fees are to be assessed, a
RAO shall provide a written, itemized, good faith estimate of any fees that may be
charged to produce the records prior to complying with the public records request
within ten business days.

Hi Mr. Golden,
You might want to contact the DPW for records pertaining to water/sewer connections. Try
reaching out to Ann Furciniti at afurciniti@northamptonma.gov. I believe tank records may
be at the state level, but I'm afraid I don't know whom you should contact.
The Building Dept. records you are requesting are available on line. Please go on the city
website (northamptonma.gov), and hover your cursor over Government. A series of lists will
pop up. Under Departments, click on Building. That will bring you to our page. On the
left side, there is a blue strip. Click on Permit Status Search. This will bring you to
the digitized records. Click on Map 18D. The records for 375 King St. can be found by
clicking on 18D-040.
