I received a copy of your email to NAI Plotkin concerning the Release of Right of First Refusal for Unit 4 at 88 Village Hill Road. After consulting with our attorney, we have determined that the following is needed in order to provide the RRFR: The completion certificates were provided by the architects and the engineers for the entire project, but we need a certificate of occupancy for Unit 4. If we can receive certificates of occupancy for Unit 1-B, Unit 3 and Unit 4, we can provide releases for the entire project. Please let me know if you need additional information.
