The email is to inform the building department of a change of electrician on my project at 38
Leno tr in Florence. The previous electrician Dennis Kahn has been unresponsive for months and
has canceled his phone number. I have asked Michael Lacroix electric to pull a new permit and to
complete the job. I understand that this will require a new permit with associated fees.
My personal contact number is 413 834 3582. I am on vacation this week but will be available for
any questions that arise from this.
