In accordance with the second paragraph of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131,
Section 40, you are hereby notified of the following:
The name of the applicant is: _Green Delta Holdings, LLC,Attn: Ilya Tunitskiy
The applicant has filed a Notice of Intent with the Northampton Conservation Commission
seeking permission to remove,fill, dredge or alter an Area Subject to protection Under the
Wetlands Protection Act(General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40)and the Northampton
Wetlands Protection Ordinance (Chapter 337). The work proposed is: _Marijuana
Manufacturing Facility consisting of nine greenhouses, one existing building addition, asphalt
drive lane, parking lot, sidewalks, and stormwater management facilities.
The address of the lot where the activity is proposed is 60 Damon Road . The
