Upon completion of items 1-4 and establishment of vegetation, the infiltration system shall be unplugged and put on line. The following additional measures shall be in place and inspected prior to unplugging the catch basin. See attached plan. a. Remove existing silt and debris and Install a 6” berm of ¾” stone. Back stone berm with straw bales on the northern side. b. Install straw wattles on south side of catch basin. 6. Once curbing, reseeding and flow to rain garden has been established, the catch basin at the low point of the roadway is unplugged and erosion controls put in place, an inspection of the underground infiltration system shall be done in July 2019. 7. Temporary sediment basin to be removed once infiltration system is put online. Attached is an updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
