I talked to Carolyn and she said if I have 12 or less clients per
week I do not need a special permit. I believe I've submitted
everything I needed. She said to talk to building Dept, what is
the next step?

Ok great, for zoning. The sign is 18" x 8" and is oval shaped,
was told by sign company it would be under 1 square foot. I just
had my husband measure sign, he said it's an 1/8 of an inch
over. So if I cut 1/8 of an inch off it it will pass for the 1 square
footage?? I can have him do that ASAP.
