Dear Mr. Towne:
This Department is in receipt of a building permit from you for a single family
dwelling to be located on Florence Rd. We have become aware that the foundation
for this permit application is already in place.
Because this is the first offense of the Building Code, since I 've become Building
Inspector, I will issue the permit with the following warning: This letter shall
become a permanent part of your file in the Northampton Building Department. Should
any other violations of this nature occur in the future, a hearing will be requested
with the Public Safety Appeals Board to determine if your contractors license should
be revoked.
