The Department of Public Works has inspected the drainage ditch at
#1194 Florence Road and found that the siltation in the existing ditch has
been removed and proper erosion control is in place.
Therefore your driveway permit will be granted. You will be responsible
to maintain the driveway and drainage ditch through completion of your project.
