i; At a meeting held on December 12, 1984, the Zoning Board of Appeals
p of the City of Northampton voted unanimously to grant the special permit
II request of Robert Bolduc, 48 Robbins Road, Springfield, MA to remodel an
I; existing self-service station to include a convenience store at 375 King .
H Street, Northampton. Present and voting were: Chairman Robert Buscher,
.. Charles Maguire and Kathleen Sheehan.

!: The findings were as follows:
�' R. Buscher, referring to Section 9. 3 (B) found that the convenience
I) store is allowed by right with the movement of gas pumps on the space
'1 needing a permit. He found plans to expand and add a new use to the exist:inc
Ijstation and moving away from the intersection would improve visibility in
,I the area and cut down on the use as a short-cut and would not be substantially
more detrimental.
K. Sheehan concurred, finding that some of the traffic problems i
I would be eliminated and the amount of canopy would not change.

!i I flow, but not to the extent that it would be unmanageable or create a
