This agreement is entered into between Steven Lempke,Lempke Construction(Contractor)and Market
Street Rentals,LLC(Owner)and Valley Rental Company, LLC(Customer/Manager),of the property
located at 63 Market Street,Northampton, MA 01060(the"property").
Contractor accepts payment in full herewith,in the amount of$16,987.00.There are no further
payments owed.Steven Lempke will promptly agree to the transition of the Building Permit to Bramucci
Construction within 24 hours of enclosed payment.Time is of the essence due to the construction-
related safety concerns and incidents at the property.
Contractor agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Market Street Rentals,LLC,Valley Rental
Co., LLC,and its affiliates/owners and cease any and all remarks or conversations relating to same,
including account/customer information,trade practices,tenant matters,etc.
Steven Lempke/Lempke Construction,and its affiliates,understands and agrees that they are not
permitted to access any of customers properties moving forward,and any access will be considered
Trespassing effective 05/18/2021.
