Dear Mr. Nimohay:
I am delivering formal notice of construAtion work in progress
under the authority of City of Northampton Building Permit # 703
issued October 16, 1988 . The permit for the Hampton Court housing
development allows demolition, site clearance, and new construction
of 70 dwelling units, 3 commercial rental spaces, and associated
surface parking improvements at 125 Pleasant St. , Northampton.
This initial phase of work includes activities such as removal
of fencing, brush and other site preparation. The General Contractor
is preparing plans and schedules for major demolition and subsequent
new construction to begin in late May or early June.
I will ensure that you are advised of the work progress.
