NOTICE TO PROCEED
PHASE II TOWNHOUSE REHABILITATION
Dear Chris;
The Contract for General Construction formally segregated
the work on this project into two phases. Phase I, the contract
for general site work and the new construction element, commenced
on August 11, 1989 with the issuance of the Phase I Notice to
Proceed.
On behalf of Hampton Court Associates Limited Partnership,
Fontaine Bros. , Inc. is hereby notified and authorized to proceed
with the construction contract Phase II, rehabilitation of the
seven existing townhouse units. This authority is granted as of
12 : 00 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, 1989 .
All work will be carried out in accordance with the
construction contract approved by the Massachusetts Housing
Finance Agency.
Copies of this Notice To Proceed have also been sent to the
Architect, Vitols Associates, and other affected parties.
