Dear Mr. Seward:
It has been brought to our attention that the certificate of
occupancy that was issued for units 210 - 218 , 310 - 318 , 410 - 418 ,
and units 510 - 516 , was only issued for 120 days and this certificate
of occupancy was issued on October 2, 1989 , therefore the 120 days
has expired.
Please contact me at 586-6950 ext . 240 upon receipt of this
letter . As to your intentions in this matter . also in reviewing
the file I realized there is not a final report under section 127
of the Mass . State Building Code ( controlled construction ) from you
people. I must also receive this before a final certificate of occupancy
will be issued.
