Our contractor unfortunately is not meeting our expectations so I am looking to sub out the work myself with contractors I have a good working relationship with. This is a house my wife and I purchased and we will be moving into once this renovation is completed. I scheduled an appointment with Kim at 1 :00 on Thursday for an inspection to close out the current permit. Please let me know how much detail you want me to submit with the new application as I assume the prints from my architect were submitted with the first permit. Attached is the current permit with a few inspection signoffs.
