Kim,
Jonathan Slater, Director of Facilities at CDH, called earlier this
morning asking if I might have a copy of the Certificate of
Occupancy for the space that they occupy (2nd Floor Level) at 10
Main Street. I don't, and called your office to see if you had a
copy on file. I spoke with Kevin, and he could not locate a
digital copy, but indicated that I could e-mail a request to have
you initiate a search for a paper copy.
I am wondering if I need to do anything else (more formal?)
other than ask if you could please try to locate the document?
