Proposed structure placement here,
oriented with the “front” door to the
left/center of the yard, with the back wall
against the side fence (4 feet from the
property line, as per code). Please note that
the labeled “shed” no longer exists, so the
area is clear other than 1 tree which I’m
having removed (and the stump grinded) at
my own cost.

From driveway, the materials
would have to be brought to the
left of the house, slightly onto the
neighbor’s property (which is also
an easement), but they’re LOVELY
and would have no problem with
us carting materials slightly on the
edge of their property, and along
the left side of our backyard
before being brought to the right.
Two sections of 4ft tall cedar
picket fence would have to be
removed here and then replaced.
We have a front yard septic tank
and backyard leech field making
travel through the front/right
fence/and right/center of the
backyard impractical.
