Contractorand Owner are responsible for finalizing a Stormwater PollutionPrevention Plan (SWPPP) and filing for the NDPES permit prior to thestart of construction. All work shall conform to the requirements ofthe Permit for this project. All clearing, grading, drainage, construction, and development shall be conducted in strictaccordance with the SWPPP.NPDES PermitThe following is intended to provide a general sequence ofconstruction activities. A final sequencing plan will be prepared andsubmitted by the contractor selected for construction.1. Delineate the approximate limits of work in the field.2. Install erosion control barrier, inlet protection and tracking pad asrequired.3. Clear and grub vegetation slated for removal within work area only.4. Excavate and rough grade. Excess soils to be stockpiled within limitsas shown. Protect all soil stockpiles with erosion control barrier at thetoe of the slope. All stockpiles to be covered with temporary seedcover.5. Install new stormwater drainage system as shown up to newconnection points.6. Rough and fine grade for roadways and sidewalks.7. Install final paving, concrete, and other surfaces and improvementsas shown within the right-or-way.General Sequence of ConstructionPROVIDE INLET PROTECTIONAT ALL INLET STRUCTURESUNTIL SITE IS STABILIZED.TYPICALPROPOSED WORK AROUND EXISTING TREESCONSISTS OF INSTALLATION OF GRAVEL TRAIL& PLANTING ONLY. Fence material shall be Mirafi140N, Trevira 1127, or approved equal.b.Catch basin sediment barrier shall be installed in all catch basins and draininlets to prevent sediment-laden runoff from entering drainage system.c.New or regraded slopes of 3:1 or greater shall receive spread straw and/orseed and fertilizer as per plans. New or regraded slopes of 2:1 or greatershall be blanketed with Curlex erosion control matting, or approved equal;provide temporary slope erosion control where required.d.Fill and grading shall be treated with slope stabilization seeding or groundcover and hay mulch upon completion.NOTES1.SEDIMENT BARRIER SHALL BE INSTALLED AT ALL DRAININLETS WITHIN THE SITE AND AT ALL INLETSDOWN-SLOPE OF DISTURBED AREAS.Catch Basin Sediment BarrierL.114not to scalePROTECT ALL NEWSTREET TREES WITHCHAIN LINK FENCINGAROUND 4 SIDES
