Dear Mr. Towhill:
I am writing to inform you of a zoning violation. This violation is located
on the westerly side of Spring Street (across from the intersection of
Spring Street and Meadow Street) in Florence. Located on this property is
an automotive repair business operating in a General Industrial Zone.
I believe that this violates Section 5.2, Retail Service Commercial, 413,
of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance.
Therefore, I am requesting Enforcement Action as required under Section 10.7 -
Violations of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance.
