Mr . Buscher , ref rrinq to the requirements for a special
permit according to the oninq Ordiri:3nce, found that the
use is listed in the Table of Use i'equlat ions ; that it
O 0V ears a positivo relationship to the public convenience
n that good , in:expensive car repairs would be beneficia-
o the community, and the shop is located in an area
JM 15 S4 ✓here neighbors appeared to have no objections : that the
se would not add appreciably to the existinq traffic,
OF BUM INSFIECTIONS for would it imp.iir pedestrian safety- and that this tyr)(
MPipNMX01060 f use is unlikely to have an adverse impace on municipa.'
systems . On the effect of such a use on this particular
district , he found that , while the character of the
neighborhood was residential , it is zoned for general
industrial. use , and a car repair shoe is allowed by spe-
cial permit .
1101r . Brandt found that the use is listed in the Table of
Use regulations; that it bears a positive relationship t(
the public good ')ecause there are no other repair shoos
in the surroundi-ig area; that the proposed use would
neither increase traffic congestion, impair pedestrian
safety, nor olace a burden on public water or sewer Sys-
tems ; and that , with certain restrictions to protect the
residents of the area, the proposed use would not be
detrimental to the neighborhood.
