To whom it may concern,
Zero Point Development Inc. is submitting a stand-alone battery facility at 120 River Road, Northampton
MA to National Grid. This will require a primary service. Because there is already a primary service on site, we
need written permission from the town wiring inspector and fire chief that they are aware of this action and agree
to a proposed second primary service. Currently, we need your consent to submit the proposed second primary
service on site to National Grid as part of our application. Zero Point Development will submit for required permits,
easements, etc. once we are approved by National Grid.
Please sign below as written approval for Zero Point Development to apply for a second primary service at 120
River Road, Northampton MA.
