Bathroom will be a full bath with up flush plumbing system for sink/tub/and toilet. The basement is finished but an uninsulated space so the bathroom walls and ceiling will be insulated with r19 rock wool. Bathroom foot print will be 6x8 with a ceiling height of 6'8". Walls will be finished with sheetrock and painted. Floor will be a vinyl plank flooring. Electrical will have a Panasonic fan/light combo vented outside to go through the rim joist to the exterior.
