Hello. I performed a site visit on 12-18-18 in unit 5109 at 80 Damon Road. At that time, it was
obvious that future provisions for a laundry connection in the unit were not provided. Also,the drains
appear to be wet vents which cannot serve as a laundry connection per 248 CMR. Section 10.16 8 E. of
the Massachusetts Plumbing Code. However, the Plumbing Code does permit the use of portable
clothes washing machines that utilize the kitchen sink as an indirect connection, per Section 10.12.3 e .
