Hello,
There was gas piping installed by Columbia Gas at the above address in June 2016. Our Plumbing & Gas
Inspector came out to test the gas lines on June 6, 2016. At that time he was unable to confirm that you
had appropriate working Carbon Monoxide protection at this address. We have been unable to reach
you after many attempts by phone to schedule a time for the inspector to go out and test your
detectors. We sent a letter on October 5, 2017 but still have been unsuccessful. Now we are sending
this Certified Letter. Please contact our office to schedule a time for the Inspector to come out. If we
don't hear back from you our Inspector will contact Columbia Gas which may impact your service.
