Dear Sir,
Following the installation of three water heaters at this location in the summer of 2015 our office made
numerous attempts to reach someone to schedule a time for the Plumbing and Gas Inspector to come
to this location and inspect the water heater to make sure they were installed and vented properly and
also to confirm that there is adequate working Carbon Monoxide protection at this location. We were
finally able to schedule an inspection for May 3, 2017. When then Inspector aarived, there was no one
there, and he was unable to gain access and unable to perform the inspection, so he left his card in the
door asking that someone contact this office. When no one called, we sent a letter on 10/5/2017. We
have still not heard back. So now we are sending this Certified Letter. Please call our office as soon as
possible to schedule an inspection. If our office is not contacted in the next two weeks,the Gas
Inspector will have to contact Columbia Gas regarding the matter and your service could be interrupted.
