On December 13, 2017 we received a Permit Application for electrical work to be performed at the
above address. It was submitted by Bob Costa Electric to wire a replacement gas furnace. The
electrician notified our office at that time that the work was complete and had already been inspected
by the Plumbing&Gas Inspector. He also indicated our office should contact you to schedule the
electrical inspection. We have tried to reach you at the number provided,413-587-0168, however, this
number appears to no longer be in service. We were unable to locate an additional phone number for
you, so are attempting to reach you via mail. Please give us a call to schedule a time for the Electrical
Inspector to come out,the inspections are quick and can be done at a time of your choosing. Thank you.
