Hello,
I am writing in regards to the property at 106 Chestnut St Florence, Massachusetts. In June of this year,
Glen Halket pulled permit PP-2017-0516 with us to install a water heater&dryer at this address. On
June 21, 2017 the Plumbing &Gas inspector came out to do an inspection. At this time he was unable to
confirm that there were working Carbon Monoxide detectors installed on the 11t and 2nd floors.
I have attempted to call the number listed above a number of times. The last time, I left a message on
October 5th. I have not been able to reach you. The Plumbing & Gas Inspector needs to come out and
verify that you have the detectors. Please contact this office at your earliest convenience to schedule
this follow-up inspection. It is safety issue that is especially important this time of year. If we do not
hear from you,the Inspector will have to contact Columbia Gas which may interrupt your service.
