Mr. Stiebel,
In January 2017 we received a Permit Application for electrical work to be performed at the above
address. It was submitted by Orchard Electric to wire four a detached garage. The Inspector of Wires
went there in January for an inspection, but could not sign off on the work because it was incomplete.
Typically, when the work is complete,the contractor will call us to schedule the final inspection. For
some reason that did not happen this time, but we do need to perform this final inspection.The only
phone number we were able to locate for you did not appear to have voicemail, so we are attempting to
reach you via mail. Please give us a call to schedule a time for the Electrical Inspector to come out,the
inspections are quick and can be done at a time of your choosing. Thank you.
