Dear Sir or Madam,
This winter, National Grid requested the Inspector of Wires respond to the above address for a burned
cable that had resulted in a loss of power. It was explained what needed to be done to rectify the
situation. However, that cable is still outside of the trench, which is an electrical hazard. Both the
underground cable to all the way to the metersocket and the metersocket itself must be replaced. If
this is not done by June 30, National Grid will be contacted and your power will be interrupted. Please
contact this office to schedule an inspection with the Inspector or Wires as soon as this work is
complete.
