In November 2015 we received a Permit Application for electrical work to be performed at the above
address. It was submitted by David S Carvalho to wire four mini split heat pumps. Typically, once the
work is complete,the electrician will call to schedule an inspection to ensure that it has been installed
correctly and safely. We never received that call and even though more than a year has passed, the
inspection does need to be performed. We were unable to locate a phone number for you, so are
attempting to reach you via mail. Please give us a call to schedule a time for the Electrical Inspector to
come out, the inspections are quick and can be done at a time of your choosing. Thank you.
