Re: Unpermitted structure
Dear Ms. Rahm,
In response to a complaint, I recently visited the property located at 50 Olive St. Attached to the
rear of the building is what appears to be a carport being built. This structure requires both a Building
Permit and Zoning Board of Appeals Approval. Neither of these has been obtained by you or a
Licensed Construction Supervisor. I have posted a "Stop Work" order on the structure which can only
be removed by a member of this office. Unauthorized removal may be subject to fines or arrest.
You are hereby ordered to cease and desist all further activity pertaining to the completion of
this structure until the appropriate permits have been issued.
Please respond forthwith with your intentions.H L ww
