Homeowner: Person (s) who own a parcel of land on which he/she resides or intends to reside,
on which there is, or is intended to be, a one or two family dwelling, attached or detached
structures accessory to such use and/or farm structures. A person who constructs more than one
home in a two-year period shall not be considered a homeowner.

the licensing provisions of 780 CMR I [O.RS, provided that if a homeowner engages a person(s)
for hire to do such work, then such homeowner shall act as supervisor.

It looks like this will all work as far as zoning. We need to know about the footprint of the front steps; if they stay in the
same footprint,they're fine.There's maybe an extra 12" available.
The addition will work. It needs to stay even with the house on the west(left) side but the rear and east setbacks are fine.
We do want framing plans.
You can email the plans or put them in the building department dropbox outside our office.The permit fee will be
$455.00. Put the check in the drop box or mail it. We'►I process the permit as soon as we have plans and a check. it won't
take long. We'll mail the permit card or you could pick it up by appointment.
