Fifteen (15) foot maximum width from street line to property line. Gutter drainage not to be disturbed. All drainage shall be directed off the driveway surface to adjacent land and not on the existing roadway. The first one hundred (100) feet of the driveway surface shall be paved as soon as possible if the grade of the proposed driveway exceeds 3% at any point in the first one hundred (100) feet. Homeowners will be held responsible for any costs to the City of Northampton in the event of a washout of this driveway. City is not responsible for culverts installed under driveways in City layout. Code of Ordinances §350-8.8 providing standards for private, individual driveways as most recently amended, must be followed.
