Hello,
In 2013 the house at 400 South St Northampton, MA had a frozen water pipe that burst. Because the
property was unoccupied at the time, this remained undiscovered until the house was flooded up to the
floor joist. Due to this damage, all of the function boxes and wires (any electrical below the floor
system) must be replaced. The Service must be completely replaced from the weather head to the
panel board. Before electrical service to this location can be restored by National Grid, permits for the
above work must be pulled with the Northampton Building Department and the Wiring Inspector must
