32C-244 (6) January 25, 2017 Mr. Andrew Kaufman 112, 114, 116 Hawley Street Northampton, MA 01060 (413) 203-1917 Dear Sir, Following gas piping done at the above location, the Plumbing&Gas Inspector performed an inspection on November 2, 2016. At this time you were informed that in order to pass the inspection, you must have Carbon Monoxide detectors on every floor and that the inspector would be checking back in 30 days to insure that the detectors were installed. On December 5, 1 spoke with you via telephone in an attempt to schedule an inspection. At this time you stated that you were working on getting them installed and would be getting back to me to schedule an inspection. As I have yet to hear from you, I called the above number this morning, which rang to a voicemail box that is not currently accepting messages. Please respond to this letter and contact our office as soon as possible to schedule an inspection. The Plumbing& Gas Inspector needs to be able to confirm you have Carbon Monoxide detectors or he will be contacting Columbia Gas and your service may be interrupted. Thank you.
