Hello,
I am writing in regards to the property at 38 Myrtle St in Northampton, Massachusetts. We have you
listed as the owner of this property. In March of this year, Mr. Rooter Plumbing pulled permit PP-2016-
0367 with us to install an electric water heater at this address. All water heaters need to be inspected
by a licensed Plumbing&Gas Inspector. Mr. Rooter Plumbing has asked this department to assist them
in getting a hold of you, as they state they have been unsuccessfully attempting to reach you for
months. Please contact this office at your earliest convenience so that we may schedule an inspection.
We will also be sending a copy of this letter to 38 Myrtle Street, and following up with certified mail if
we don't hear from you within a week or so. If we have contacted you in error, and you are not the
property owner at this address, please let us know so that we can determine the correct person to speak
with.
