Following an inspection of your property on 7/13/2016, you were given 30 days to install proper Carbon
Monoxide detectors. You were informed that the Plumbing & Gas Inspector would be checking back
with you to make sure this was done. Our office has attempted to speak with you regarding this matter
with no success. Messages were left at the above number on August 11, 17, and 25th. Please call our
office as soon as possible to schedule an inspection. If our office is not contacted within 5 business days
of the delivery of this certified letter,the Gas Inspector will be contacting Columbia Gas and your service
may be interrupted. Thank you.
