Could you send a copy of the proposed site plan? We reviewed a wastewater pre-treatment project in 2013 and after the new equipment, the remaining open space was less than .3 percent of the minimum requirement. I did a rough calculation and based on the 2013 application. it looks like there's only about 2000 sf of open space available. Also , there are storm water management parameters and some wetlands on the property. I've attached a copy of the 2013 application and some site plans. We'll hold the application until we get more information from you. Let me know if you have questions.
