The permit is approved. W e do need 2 other things; cut s heets on the windows (max u=.30 or .31; look it up), and a lett er
reques ting that we waive the requirements for c onstruct ion control (s ince the building is a multi-family, over 35,000 cubic
feet (mas s c ode s ec tion 107). Ex ample att ached. Send bac k t he let ter and have the window cut sheets or window
s tickers available when we do the final.
