To Whom It May Concern,
The purpose of this email is to request the cancellation and refund of fees, if applicable, of
the following permit numbers for the photovolatic solar project located at the corresponding
address:
51 West Farms Rd NorthampVno Building Permit: BP-2020-0685; Electrical Permit EP-
2020-0472.
The homeowners have decided not to move forward with the projects. If there is anything
else we need to do in order to cancel or request a refund of fees for these permits, please
let me know. Checks can be made out to SUNRUN Inc and mailed to 734 Forest ST STE
400 Marlborough MA 01752.
