You will see on the application that the existing house on the right side is only 10'off the property line and the addition on the right side will be 6" in from that back corner and therefore 10'-6"off of property line. I am not sure if this automatically triggers a variance. If it does, I drew in the garage on the right side to be 5' off the property line. If it doesn't trigger a variance we will reduce the garage width so that we have 10'off of the property line to avoid a variance. The garage is attached to the house with no living space.
