Following a Gas inspection of the above property on July 13, 2016,you were given 30 days to install
proper Carbon Monoxide detectors. You were informed that the Plumbing&Gas Inspector would be
checking back with you to make sure this was done. Our office has attempted to speak with you
regarding this matter with no success. You are listed with the City of Northampton as the current
property owner, but no phone number could be located for you, so we are sending this certified letter.
Please call our office as soon as possible to schedule an inspection. If our office is not contacted within 5
business days of the delivery of this letter,the Gas Inspector will be contacting Columbia Gas and your
service may be interrupted. Thank you.
